Odd way to let people know you’re running for congress

On the way to work one morning I noticed these odd, old fashioned, cheaply printed 1 color flyers papered all over this abandoned building in Edison, NJ. Something tells me this isn’t the best way to promote your canditate as an agent for positive change…
